Coronavirus (COVID 19) Update

As the new Coronavirus (COVID 19) continues to affect India and the world, we are closely monitoring the situation and responding proactively with sustained action. These are the uncertain times and Coronavirus (Covid 19) has made an impact on our daily lives. We are deeply grateful and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Our first priority always remains to assure the health and safety of all our stakeholders. And, as a committed organization, we are taking all preventive measures and are following stringent recommended safety and process SOP's to sustain normal business operations. As the situation evolves, we will be monitoring our capabilities and want to reassure you that we have devoted significant effort to protect against possible adverse impacts from the Coronavirus (Covid 19). We will work hard and will try to maintain and provide the level of service you have come to expect in these testing times. In the meantime, we will also continue to follow the latest local health authority guidelines and regulations.

I want to share with you some steps that we are taking to keep our team, customers, and partners safe while maintaining business continuity.

• All our office spaces, production facilities, and manufacturing setups have been stringently sanitized regularly
• Our supply chain continued to be resolute and working hard to maintain normalcy
• With stringent safety processes, our company and offices remain open for business and we are taking steps to serve and support our customers
• Our teammates are limiting travel but are ready to assist you remotely should you require any support

As part of this plan, a large number of our employees will begin working from home. We have invested heavily in digital tools that have enabled us to quickly shift our work to a virtual environment. While we fully expect to be able to effectively run our business remotely, and run the business, as usual, we ask for your patience this week as we transition to a remote environment.
